You must be aware of the fact that how important it is for your eyes to follow a healthy diet plan. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in your daily menu. This will provide necessary nutrients to your eyes and help to improve their overall functioning. Apart from this, it will also keep them in good condition and reduce their vulnerability to various common diseases.

This is the easiest eye exercise, where you have to roll your eyes in a particular direction for one minute and repeat it by doing in other direction. Try not to strain your eyes and stop for few minutes if you feel that you are feeling stress in your eye muscles. During such breaks, look up into the sky for few minutes and then move your eye towards the floor. Continue this procedure for 10 minutes.
Watching a Pen
Hold a pen at arm’s length and try to keep it in line with your eyes. Start focusing on its tip and slowly move it to your eyes. You must stop at about six inches away from your eyes. Take it back at arm’s length while keeping the focus at its tip. Repeat this exercise for not less than 10 times.
This is the most important part of your eye exercise. By giving a tender massage to your eyes, the stress is released and eyes feel more relaxed. The first step includes massaging the temples with fingertips in a gentle manner. Do this in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions for several times. You can massage the area over eyebrows and at the lower part of the eyes.
Once you have completed massage therapy, give soft heat treatment to your eyes. Repeat the procedure, which you followed while starting your eye exercises. If you feel stress in your eyes, just close them for few minutes and relax. Providing frequent rest to your eyes, is the key for getting healthy eyes and ultimately an improved eyesight.
